Focus on describing the following:who you are / core values / business goals / target audience / what you’re selling / required features / project scope or site map / timelines and deadlines / examples of other sites you like / anything else you think is important.
Provide a deadline for completion of the project.

MOOD-BOARDING / STYLE BOARDS / WIREFRAMES
After pricing the project and signing the contract, the initial phase involves crafting a mood-board for your project. This step is crucial in establishing the visual direction, capturing the desired feel and looks. Based on this mood-board, we will then construct a cohesive visual language for the project.
For applications, we start by building wireframes and mapping the user flow in the application, which will be the first step to building your software.

FIRST PROPOSAL
As the inaugural artifact in the process, I am introducing a proposal for the home page (or home/dashboard screen for applications), showcasing the application and comprehension of the style established in the moodboard. This proposal will serve as the foundation for developing other views within the page/application and constructing the design system for the entire project. It will enable us to define the color scheme, typography, spacing, and all other intricate details of the project.

Design CYCLE
The design cycle is the phase where we prioritize the next components of the application or site to be designed, including responsive views and various parts of the application. During this stage, we conduct a thorough evaluation of the project and collaborate on any necessary changes. Concurrently, I develop a comprehensive design system for the project. This system is instrumental in streamlining the work for the developer during implementation. It’s in this phase that the magic happens, providing a transparent view of how the project comes together.

DESIGN HANDOFF
Upon approval of the final designs, I proceed to prepare the project for implementation by the developer. At this point, you will receive a link to access the entire project. In the case of the design+implementation option, this step can occur more swiftly throughout the process, allowing for the faster implementation of certain design components.
